Rental requirements & policies

Renter must be 25 years or older
Valid driver's license required
Proof of valid auto insurance required, subject to rental/insurance requirements
$500 refundable security deposit required
Rental agreement must be signed before vehicle pickup
Vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition as received
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
No pets unless approved in advance
Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets, parking violations, and other charges incurred during the rental
Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
No commercial passenger transportation, rideshare, or subleasing the vehicle without prior written approval
Renter is responsible for all damage caused during the rental period, subject to the rental agreement
